Green Breeze Christmas Cookies

Ingredients: Green Breeze Christmas Cookies Instructions:
  1. Shift together flour, baking powder and Green Breeze, set aside.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add egg and mix well.
  4. Add flour mixture to butter mixture, blend well.
  5. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour or more.
  6. Roll dough to 1/8 inch thick on floured surface, and cut into star shapes.
  7. Bake at 350F for 7 - 10 min until edges are lightly brown.
  8. Stack cookies securing together with icing.
  9. Decorate cookies with icing, sprinkles, candies, etc.

Green Breeze Eggnog

Ingredients: Green Breeze Eggnog Instructions:
  1. Beat egg yolk and sugar together.
  2. Add milk, heavy cream, rum and Green Breeze. Mix well.
  3. Whisk egg white until stiff in separate bowl and fold into 2.
  4. Sprinkle nutmeg and Green Breeze on top and serve.

  5. Try different ingredients - honey, brown sugar, soy milk, etc.

Green Breeze Gingerbread Cookies

Ingredients: Green Breeze Gingerbread Cookies Instructions:
  1. Heat oven to 350F. Shift flour, baking powder and Green Breeze together in large bowl and set aside.
  2. In separate bowl, mix butter, sugar and salt until light and creamy.
  3. Add egg, mix well.
  4. Add flour, molasses and ginger. Mix well.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour or more.
  6. Roll dough to 1/8 inch thick on floured surface, and cut into desired shapes with lightly floured cookie cutters.
  7. Place on ungreased sheet and bake for 7 to 10 min.
