Green Breeze Macaron

Ingredients: Green Breeze Macaron Instructions:
  1. Sift together almond powder, powdered sugar and Green Breeze several times.
  2. Beat egg white until foamy in a bowl.
  3. Add granulated sugar to the egg white in 3 parts.
  4. Add pre-sifted Green Breeze/almond powder/powdered sugar in 2 parts.
  5. Mix quickly and gently with a flat rubber spatula.
  6. Smooth the dough by pressing it to the bowl surface to remove bubbles. (This is called macaronage process) Then turn the dough over.
  7. Repeat above 3-4 times.
  8. Put the dough into a pastry bag with nozzle. Then squeeze it on the prepared baking sheets. The size should be about 1 inch diameter.
  9. Poke air bubbles on the surface with a toothpick.
  10. Leave the tray at room temperature until the surface gets dry (about 30min-1h).
  11. Preheat oven to 320F.
  12. Put the tray into oven. Reduce heat to 270F and bake for 15min.
  13. Mix softened butter and brown sugar. Sandwich it between two puffs when they are cooled.

Green Breeze Steamed Cake

Ingredients: Green Breeze Steamed Cake Instructions:
  1. Mix eggs, milk, sugar and salt well in a bowl.
  2. Sift together Green Breeze, baking powder and flour. Add it to the bowl and mix well.
  3. Add olive oil and mix.
  4. Pour batter into muffin cups and steam for about 15min.

Green Breeze Ice Cream (Easy Version)

Ingredients: Green Breeze Ice Cream Easy Version Instructions:
  1. Sprinkle Green Breeze over vanilla ice cream. That's all!

Green Breeze Moist Tofu Cake

Ingredients: Green Breeze Moist Tofu Cake Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Sift together pancake mix and Green Breeze. Set aside.
  3. Drain water from the tofu package.
  4. In a bowl, whip tofu until smooth with a blender or food processor.
  5. Beat in egg, butter and sugar.
  6. Add the flour mixture (pancake mix and Green Breeze), mix thoroughly.
  7. Pour batter into a loaf pan, and bake about 30min.

Ingredients: Green Breeze Yogurt Instructions:
  1. Mix Green Breeze into yogurt.
  2. Add honey and mix well.

Green Breeze Latte

Ingredients: Green Breeze Latte Instructions:
  1. Put Green Breeze, sugar and milk in tea cup, mix well.
  2. Heat in a microwave on high for about 2 minutes.
  3. Mix well again and enjoy!

Ingredients: Green Breeze Iced Green Tea Instructions: Mix Green Breeze and cold water well, add some ice if you like.

  1. Combine hot water and Green Breeze in large bowl, blend until smooth.
  2. Beat in egg and sugar.
  3. Add milk and heavy cream, mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into freezer container and freeze until lightly frozen.

  1. Simply put one packet of Green Breeze right into the bottle.

Ingredients: Houji Latte Instructions:
  1. Pour hot water in tea cup.
  2. Infuse 2 bags of Takaokaya Houji-cha for 3 min.

  1. Heat oven to 350F. Sift flour, baking powder and Green Breeze together in large bowl and set aside.
  2. In separate bowl, mix butter and sugar until light and creamy.
  3. Add other ingredients, mix until smooth.
  4. Spoon into prepared muffin cups, dividing batter equally.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes.

Green Breeze Marble Cake

Ingredients: Green Breeze Marble Cake Instructions:
  1. Heat oven to 350F. Sift flour, baking powder together in large bowl and set aside.
  2. In separate bowl, mix margarine and sugar until light and creamy.
  3. Add eggs, mix well.
  4. Add flour and mix until smooth.
  5. Separate 1/3 of batter and mix Green Breeze.
  6. Mix almond slices into batter in original bowl.
  7. Pour both batter into prepared pan, mix lightly to make marbled effect.
  8. Bake for about 1 hour.

Green Breeze Potato Salad

Ingredients: Green Breeze Potato Salad Instructions:
  1. Cook potatoes, broccoli in salted boiling water. Drain well.
  2. Add everything and mix together. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Green Breeze Bisque

Ingredients: Green Breeze Bisque Instructions:
  1. In medium saucepan, heat butter and saute garlic, onion and cauliflower.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add chicken broth and water, simmer for 20 min.
  4. In blender, puree all ingredients except half & half.
  5. Add half & half, mix well.
