Nori Salad

Nori SaladIngredients: Instructions:

Cut full sheets nori into small pieces (Or use Kizami nori) and top your favorite salad with nori. (Preferably use soy sauce-based dressing)

Hand Roll Sushi

Hand Roll Ingredients: (Serving 12 rolls)
Instructions:
  1. Put 4 cups of washed medium grain rice with 4cups of water into a rice cooker, let sit for twenty minutes before turning on the cooker
  2. Cook rice
  3. Transfer cooked rice into a large bowl and lightly flatten down.
  4. Sprinkle sushi vinegar over the rice and mix by cutting into rice and flipping over the rice. Fanning as you mix it helps to evaporate the moisture to give the rice a nice glossy texture. NOW THE SUSHI RICE IS READY!
  5. Place a half cut nori in palm of hand, shiny side down.
  6. Spread Sushi rice over the left side of the seaweed and spread Mayo and sesame seeds.
  7. Top rice with imitation crab and vegetables as you desire.
  8. Starting at rice covered edge to form cone.

Inside Out Roll Sushi

Ingredients: (Serving 12 rolls)
Instructions:

  5. Cover bamboo mat with plastic wrap. Place nori over the bamboo mat and spread a thin layer (about 1/8 inch thick) of sushi rice.
  6. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the rice.
  7. Spread mayonnaise sauce and lay stripes of avocado, cucumber, and crabmeat over the nori.
  8. Roll the nori over and use the mat to help keep the roll tight.
  9. Cut the roll into bite-size (tip: lightly moisten knife each time you cut the roll and wipe it to remove sticking rice from blade)

Nori Risotto

Ingredients: Instructions:
  1. Tear Nori sheets in pieces.
  2. Mix ingredients of 1-7 in microwavable bowl.
  3. Cover it with plastic wrap, then microwave on high for 10 min.
  4. Take the bowl out from microwave, mix the ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Put the bowl back in microwave, then cook for 5 min.
  6. Add butter, and season with the pepper and salt to taste.
