- Green Breeze Cheesecake

Green Breeze Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 8 packets Green Breeze (8 g = 4 tsp)
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth.
- Pour into square pan.
- Bake for about 45 min.
- Let cool and use cookie cutters to cut desired shapes.

Green Breeze Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
Ingredients:
- 4 packets Green Breeze (4g = 2tsp)
- 1 cup white chocolate, chopped
- About 15 strawberries
Instructions:
- Wash and dry strawberries.
- Melt white chocolate in double-boiler or microwave.
- Stir in Green Breeze.
- Dip each strawberry halfway into chocolate.
- Place on cookie sheet and refrigerate

Green Breeze Valentine Chocolate Candy Heart
Ingredients:
- 4 packets Green Breeze (4g = 2tsp)
- 1 cup white chocolate, chopped
Instructions:
- Melt white chocolate in double-boiler or microwave.
- Stir in Green Breeze.
- Fill heart-shaped molds by spooning melted chocolate into mold cavities.
- Cool chocolate then remove molded candy from mold.

Heart-Shaped Onigiri (Rice Ball)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup medium-grain rice, cooked
- 1 full sheet Nori
Instructions:
- Cut out hearts from Nori with scissors.
- Put rice into heart-shaped Onirigi mold or cookie cutter.
- Remove mold and put heart-shaped Nori on top.
