Orders are processed Monday through Friday. In stock items will be shipped within five business days. You will be contacted by e-mail if your order cannot be filled completely within ten days. Products are shipped via UPS ground. Weekend delivery is not available. Packages cannot be shipped to a post office box.

Returns:
Unopened Products can be returned or exchanged at Takaokaya Online Store within 10 days of receipt by the customer. Returned merchandise for credit or exchange must include a copy of the receipt.
The customer is responsible for cost of shipping to the Returns Department. After inspection of the item, a credit will be made to the credit card for cost of the returned merchandise only; shipping is non-refundable.
